I used the regular 900 Turbo clutch on my SPG which had between 250 and 270hp, no clutch slip. I'm not a clutch-abuser though - no 4500rpm clutch-dropping starts, no speed shifting either. At this power level though, you are starting to lose some of that "driveability" that you mentioned you are interested in maintaining.
I would recommend using the OEM clutch disk and pressure plate, and having your flywheel turned down by 4-6 pounds. This provides a little better throttle response and no negatives that I can think of. The stock weights are about 20lbs for the flywheel, 10 lbs for the pressure plate, and 3 lbs for the clutch disk - 33 lbs total! You won't be missing 5 pounds!
