Crower on their website quotes 135bucks for regrinds-which ain't bad at all.
They also offer "hardfacing"-320$ for 8lobe cam + 100$ for the grind-
but with hardfacing you can choose from "unlimited spec"
My question is---I've heard the drawback of reground cams is
the reduction of base circle, which isn't supposed to be good
for high RPMs---but considering the cost differences, this does
not seem to be too big a deal???--can anybody shed some light
on this???
regrind VS. chillcast/hardfaced?????
THANX!
