Was down at the dealer getting some parts, and I noticed that the head gasket for the 9-5 is an all-metal gasket. All the oil, water, and boltholes appear to be in the right places. The only thing that I see that could be a problem is the timing cover area (the 9-5 head has a slightly narrower timing cover gasket, but a little sealer will take care of that. My idea is this, the stock gasket material sucks. It can’t hold the boost in. The 9-5 Aero runs some 250HP with no problems and can take tons more power with out even opening the motor. So why not use this on C900 and fix them once and for all?
