Every now an then I run across an article in European Car Magazine. Jeff Proposky's Viggen Blue C900 was reviewd last year, and John DelRosario also had his car profiled.
James Uhl's Viggenized 900 with the European Sensonic automatic-clutch was also reviewed.
There was also a couple of profiles a while back about a guy who converted his C900 into a rear/mid engine RWD monster.
I would think EuroTuner mag might, however the one side-bar mention of Saab, about the Hirsch 9-5, had a pic of the new 9-3SS. They're knowledge of the marque is questionable at best...
But again, few and far between. No Saab specific magazines other than Saab's own Soundings, and of course the club's "NINES" magazine.
I think Saab is a relative unknown. 10 years of poor marketing, a laps in really properly engineering a performance model (Viggen is a great car, but I think it came too late, plus the dreaded torque steering problem killed it as a viable MARKETING contender, despite its possitive points...).
Saab just isn't in the lime light. Its really up to the owners and club members to promote it.
My $.02. Your mileage and opinion may vary...
