I posted that I had removed this and would mention how it was when I really got on the throttle. I'm still grinning. It's a small difference but I think the combination of this, the K&N, the intake modifications, and the MBC have quickened the car considerably.
Getting onto the highway, I was stuck behind somebody who essentially stopped at the end of the onramp. Luckily, there was a large break in the cars so I hammered the throttle (I don't do that often) and jetted by this person who seemed as astonished as I was at how quick the car was. It was a Cadilac STS and the guy was actually hammering the gas too. I think he was trying to lose me? For reference the STS is not a slow car at all.
Later, I had to go around someone driving erratically at about 65mph on the highway last night. I actually overshot my target speed to get around this guy and ended up going too fast too quickly. I try to keep it around 75 and was surprised when my speed warning which is set at 84 went off.
This could get addictive. I think I'll drive my wife's car for a while and keep myself out of trouble.
