You've got little chance. I have found that a C900 is basically uncompetitive in its class.
Try 91+ SPG springs. They are MUCH stiffer than the ones you have now.
You also need more negative camber. And better tires while you are at it.
In a while you will learn to compensate for understeer. Remember, go slow to be fast...
