The way that the operator worked the throttle probably produced a better HP number. Why? Because he avoided max boost on the way to 5500 RPM, so the IC was not so heat soaked. So when it came to peak torque, the IC would be working better than WOT all the way. So you don't have a torque curve that is worth much.

With these vehicles, boost=HP. Above 5500 rpm, most vehicles will have boost and torque roll off. With the Viggen IC, that would be reduced.

On a dyno the IC can't get decent cooling, fan or no fan. Turbo vehicles always suffer on dynos as there is not the air blast from forward motion to make the heat exchanger work.

I think that your numbers are very good.

If you have high boost, then your objective is temperature control and keeping the boost as the RPMs go past 5000 rpm. The T25 will have a hard time at higher pressures and high CFMs. The Viggen IC will help a lot.
I think that if one makes changes and things feel faster on the street, then there will be more power. For a given vehicle, if you have a good boost guage, noting how boost holds up at high RPMs will tell you a lot. The basic MBC installs make for a huge increase in street responsiveness, but the boost roll off is quite large. So these vehicles are much faster on the street, but hey would look rather less exciting on a dyno! And they would not look very good on the sencond half of a drag race. For a basic MBC install, a HP is a poor measure of things and a dyno would confirm this.
