Uh, well, being an LPT, your base boost is your full boost. Your car probably does have a bypass valve, what it's missing is the solenoid that keeps the wastegate from opening, often called the APC solenoid. You may need to wire it, but the aero computer should control boost if you have a solenoid installed and wired.
