can't comment on stock mitsu at 20 psi and 5.5K, on moral basis.
stick with Brad's rec'n, and get his 5.5k boost limit. mabe kick up R by 50 ohm ( for 3 bar) if closed loop is much harder to hit vs stock set-up.
stock fueling is good for mabe 180 at 5500, as is. fms 30 gives 35% more fuel, 3.0 kicks it to like 48% more fuel potential ... should be plenty.
but, the resistor trick also may hold down inj'r duty cycle at top end. verify with voltmeter with cycle meas't. if this happens (dc less than 85-90%), could kick in more fuel with xtra inj'r and rpm+boost triggers.
alternate cheap mod to xtra inj, would be a rrfpr, with rpm switched bleed on signal, so 1.1 gain below 4-5K, mabe 1.4 to 1.6 above. still need big inj and R to avoid fuel cut. rrfpr need to be checked often, esp malpassi.
best advice is limit boost on stock mitsu, then with turbo upgrade and ur other planned stuff, choose:
1)xtra inj'r and driver
2)stand alone ecu
3)chip upgrade if it works out
