late sunday night we finally got the car started. wiring was a PITA as well as the configuration. there are so many things that need setup in the software, such as ref/sync signals. some of you know i had to convert the car to a distributor ignition so i can get a cam signal. no longer need the DI cassette. another problem we ran into sunday evening was the coil. the saab coil doesnt use an ignitor. the ECU grounds the coil itself. but the motec isnt able to do this. so we took a coil and ignitor off a mitsubishi engine. we got the car to start finally. now it needs tuned. right now it is running extremely rich. i used 3 gallons to drive about 40 miles :)
not sure if i mentioned before or not, but the t3/t4 is also in. so within the next month i will have the car tuned, dyno'd, and have some 1/4 mile times.
