Car = 1994 9000 Aero 5 speed

First ?:What's the best 3" downpipe easily purchased in the USA?
I've read conflicting reports of the JT downpipe. I don't want to
keep checking and adjusting, just install and forget.
Second ?: If I do get the JT downpipe, will a Catco Catalytic (from summit
racing for $70) fit? I'd rather not spend an extra $200 if $70 will
suffice. (I'm looking at taliaferro saab's site for price
comparison)
Third ?: Is high temp paint capable of handling the temps associated with
the downpipe? Before installing, I was going to paint the downpipe
with high temp paint (1500 degree) just to protect it from rust and
make it look a little nicer (flat black I'm no RICER ;-))
Fourth ?: If it can't handle the temps on the downpipe, would this paint
handle the rest of the exhuast temp (after the cat?) Because I also
plan to replace the cat back system (when it something finally
rusts off) and I would also paint this (unless stainless steel) to
help protect it.
