it seems best to go with the Sachs Sport pressure plate and stock friction disk. While you are in there, I would also suggest that you replace the master and slave cylinders, upgraded to braided steel hydraulic line, and flush well with new fluid. To tell you the truth, I did not really notice an increase in clutch pedal pressure. I also had the flywheel lightened about 9 lbs (29lbs to 20lbs) by Dave at SPG9. I really like the quick revs from the lightened flywheel, but I did pick-up a little rougher idle, especially when the AC kicks in. I had tried to install a Swedish Dynamics Kevlar friction disk, but it turned out that the disk was 1.5mm thicker than the standard disk (and they say size doesn't matter!). I had to go back to a new, stock Sachs disk. The only good that I can say about that experience is that I got it to where I could get the transmission in and out in 3.5 hours (don't ask why I started timing how long it took).
