It's really not that tough. Any thottle body from an H or 16 valve engine will bolt up. The TPS is the least of potential problems, since it is easy to interchange. Throttle linkages may also be different, but are pretty easy to swap also. A TB from an H engine will have a cold start injector which you will probably want to plug and some TBs may not have the fitting for your bypass hose. I also think that the H engines didn't have the coolant warm up, but some of them are made for it, you you just need to swap over the plate with the fittings.
To lessen the potential problems look for a TB from an '85 and up 16 valve turbo with a manual transmission. You could send the guy pictures of yours, the fittings and linkage are more important issues than the TPS.
I've heard or read that there were TBs from early H or maybe B engines that didn't have the castings for the warm up plumbing. These are supposed to be the best for boring larger because they have more metal. You'll probably have to add fittings and plug the cold start, but that can all be done fairly easily.
I feel 2 mm will be about as large you can go, especially with a later TB. First you need to find a throttle plate the apropriate size. I suggest that you let a machine shop or a small engine place that has a boring machine enlarge it for you; I doubt it will cost more than $25.
Probably more than you wanted to know,
Roger
