It was brought back for me from someone who went to the UK... but, i think you can find something like it...
The bottom of it just has elastic so that it grabs the edge of there the original boot grabs (it looks good, not cheap).. and the top just has round opening with a small slit for sliding over larger parts... the top of the opening has a little string that you tie shut to make it tight... to make it so you dont see this stuff, you would just put the boot over the collar upside down and inside out, so that the larger opening it on top and the small opening is around the collar... tie the opening shut and then pull down the top over it... this way, it's all concealed.
I think JC Whitney actually carries something like this, also check some of the retailers that advertise in magazines like European car... maybe Vince can suggest a retailer since i think he's familiar with these import companies.
