Pressure plate inadequate for boost

I have a '95 Aero with a reprogrammed ECU (TAQ) that allows 20+ psi boost
when the octane is up to the task, and I'm having trouble with the original clutch slipping at higher boost levels, primarily in 3rd and 4th gear. Zeke has already advised me that his car did the same thing with the stock PP and clutch disks and that replacing the PP was the solution, mentioning Sachs as one source but he wasn't sure if others were available.
I'd like to get some advise on my planned procedure and sources for the parts needed. My car has 67k on the odometer and I also plan to replace the slave, throw-out bearing, clutch disks, PP, and possibly the hydraulic hose as a precaution with the increased pressures that will be present with a stonger PP. I don't intend racing this car, except an occasional street engagement, and reliability is as important to me as a non-slipping clutch.
Some questions:
(1) Is the Sachs PP the right choice? If so, where can I get it?
(2) Do I need a braided teflon hydraulic hose, or will the stock hose do?
(3) Should I replace the clutch disks with stock parts?
(4) Will the upgraded PP and the resulting added hydraulic pressure tax any other components, like the clutch master cylinder or slave?
(5) Should the flywheel be resurfaced, or will lightly blocking it with fine sandpaper suffice?
Any advice on sources and procedures would be appreciated.
