Some people have doubled the stock bar, but more common is to add the abbot rear bar with the stock bar. That gives a stiffness of one and one half times the Abbott, or 3 times stock, which is just less than the SAS, which is about 4 times stock. This gives you some adjustment. On a stock 9-3, the SAS will be best, since the rear springs are soft. In the Viggen the front bar is about 5% softer than the regular, the front springs are 5% stiffer, but the rear springs are 25% stiffer, so the SAS bar is a good choice if you are looking to induce oversteer, and the Abbott, or Abbott and stock are good if you are aiming at nuetral, or slight understeer.
