Buy a drill bit and a 1/8" npt tap, make your own. Very simple. Turn the banjo upside down and drill ( not centered on the head but the underside). You are drilling out the port a little but will not effect the sidewall that critically b/c the port is very close to the required ID of the tap. By doing this you will ensure the hole in the head of the banjo is centered. Then just tap from the top side until you reach the first side port. Oh, and make note, there are two different types of banjo bolts. One w/ offset side ports and one w/ aligned side ports. The offset side port banjo is preferred, b/c there's less chance, when the gauge is threaded in, will have overlap on the side port and effect flow. Just a precautionary.

I could probably make you one, You'd have to pay for the bolt and shipping. It just might be a little while (two weeks). I don't have a vice in the city. You'd have to buy an elbow still.
