It is easy for any exhaust shop, and they can do it with the exhaust on. It took them about 20 minutes to do mine at a cost of $50. They also fixed one of the connections that was leaking a little and they welding on a bung for the second O2.
This is the best way to go. Get the cat-less 3" from Engstrom and install it yourself, it’s easy. Then order the cat and take everything to the exhaust shop. One note though, they didn't want to put the 3" cat under the tranny where the stock one was, instead they moved it back. It fits fine farther back but you will need to extend the wires of the second O2 sensor so it will reach farther back.
