Nice report.
I expect that your cornering limits were limited by the front end. With these changes, you limits will be determined by your tires and body roll. So you have a SAS sway bar?
With the front end tighened up, excessive toe-in will not be absorbed by blubbery bushings. So excessive or wring toe-in can make the steering feel rear bad. I got a guage and did my own adjustments. When you hit the sweet spot, its real obvious. I suggest that you use less toe-in than spec'd for a stock vehicle. More towards no toe-in. If there is too much toe-in, for a particular set of modifications, there is a danger with water or ice where only one tire will want to track and the other wants to slip. That is a major criteria for me.
Do you have good performance tires? S-03's are probably the best that you can get at the moment. If you have good tires on, and the road conditions and temperatures allow, tackle some corners agressively and see what it will do. I found that my corning limits were mostly limited by my 'clean underwear' criterion. My wife was never impressed when I did things like that when she was a passenger, and when she did it and I was a passenger, I can understand why. Folks waiting at a light has looks or horror when I made righthand turns that suggested their near death experience. I did not do such all of the time and still got lots of miles out of my performance tires. So find the limits of the suspension, and then repeat after you get the steering rack stable, that should be interesting.
