Turn the "F" pot in all the way, and adjust the "P" in small increments until the boost is as stabile as you can get it. Fully turned in "F" should get you about 18psi (about 3/4 red) max and taper to 14ish. 24lb injectors should be enough to sustain this- depending, of course, on your altitude and ambient temp. If you get apparent knocking (APC cuts boost abruptly, frequently), replace your FPR with a 3.0 bar model from a na 900. If you want more power, search "tweak your apc" and/or "turbo team europe" on this board for links, and have your soldering iron handy. Good luck!
