I also installed Brads dist upgrade a few days ago & I noticed a very nice improvemnt is the overall smoothness of the motor/boost (timing at 20 deg). However, I will peak at 18-20 PSI but I go all the way back to 10-12 PSI which stays pretty smooth. This is what I have done to my 88 SPG
Group-6 APC
SPG9 RRFPR
#24 injectors
Nology wires
K&N
SPG9 IC ducts & HKS BOV
T3/4 turbo
I am not sure what I should do to keep the boost at a constant PSI. On a side note, I raced a acura RSX (sounded moded). I ran away from him (3 car lengths at 60 mph, speedlimit was 55) but eliminating the boost taper is what my T3/4 needs :o)
