check all your boot and hose connections, one may be loose. lumpy idle is most often vacuum related. try disconnecting the hoses at the nipples and then plug the nipple. then start the car and see if the idle is steady. if so, then your problem lies in one of the hoses or its associated components. your idle is rising and falling because something is telling the ecu that the idle needs adjustment; you have validated this by trying a known good aic valve. lean and rich conditions can be caused by vacuum leaks as there is too much air (lean) under vacuum and too little air (rich) under boost. it is far too easy to jump to swap things out and make adjustments when it cheaper and more efficient to diagnose, and then replace. i would check for vacuum leaks and be certain. check every single inch of the intake between the amm and the cylinder head. you can even take a little carb cleaner and spray in various locations to find leaks (the rpm will race). fwiw, i have done quite a bit of fueling and timing adjustments at idle and various other map locations on my stand alone and have never had to adjust the tps. just my two cents.
