Some RRFPR/idle/fueling questions... (90 SPG)

Hey guys
Just got back from college for Spring Break. After letting the car sit in the driveway for about 2 months, I started it up, and everything was OK for a little while.
Noticed some leaning out on my AF guage, checked my RRFPR, and it needed adjustment. It was about 38PSI with the vac hose disconnected and blocked off. Turned it up to about 44PSI. Boost was great. No knocking with the water injection. I found a vac leak at the vac canaster. Reconnected the hose and everything was fine. No idle problems, etc.
So now it idles around 900 RPMs and sweeps to stoich at idle. In first, second, and third, after releasing the throttle, it reads one bar rich. This is without any major boost/heavy acceleration. Just when it's released it goes up. I turned the RRFPR down a few PSI (43ish) and it still reads rich in the lower gears. Can't seem to correct the problem. When starting the car up it also takes a while to find the correct idle, way below 700 RPMS, then slowly creeps up to about 900. Almost stalls out. Seems a little weird. Correctable, but I'm lost.
Any ideas?
Maybe the ECU Gary hooks me up with will correct the problem. Off topic, do you think the Taliferro/Speedparts chip would be a good idea with the RRFPR/30# injector combo?
Thanks guys!
Taylor
