Your torque will go up. There are SAE papers on this, using Saab T7 engines if you look gack in the archives for posts under my name.
T7 measures cylinder pressure via the ionization current through the spark plug. It regulates this pressure (proportional to torque) according to the map in its little trionic brain. This is how it knows to crank boost as you go up in altitude. The cyclinder pressure drops and it just keeps pumping up the boost to preserve cylinder pressure and hence torque. If the pressure goes crazy by spiking, it knows you have knock and it dials down the boost.
Now with water injection, the cylinder pressure is decreased (much like the high altitude case), so T7 allows more boost to bring the cylinder pressure back up to the target. Plus the associated fuel. So with proper water injection, you will easily gain 10-15% in torque by doing absolutely nothing else.
