bolt up to your exhaust manifold. The T-25(which your car has) turbo's turbine housing has a different flange configuration than the T3 turbine housing. At a quick glance they may seem the same but are not.
I would strongly suggest that you evaluate what your driving habits and realistic goals power goals are and then talk with a specialist at Turbo Engineering Corp. or Turbonetics about selecting a turbo that will both meet your power goals and fit your car's configuration. Where turbocharges are concerned, size=compromise. Larger compressor and turbine wheels generally speaking will mean less power in the lower RPM ranges.
Installing a new turbo may give you a little more power in some parts of the RPM range due to its increased efficiency, but to really benefit from a new unit, you will need to change your car's software to optimize boost pressure, ignition timing, and fuel delivery to achieve your HP goals.
Check out these websites and start gathering information that will allow you to make an intelligent decision.
