I aint chrisx but I am going through the same situation with a Haltech, If you want to run direct ignition you need 2 triggers.
So, heres my idea, mount and use the crank hall sensor in the stock location for your trigger signal and use the distributor hall sensor for your home trigger, or the other way around. I cant really think of any other ways to do it using stock hall sensors.
Haltech sells a magnet type trigger kit where one sensor detects home/trigger signals based on the alignment (N or S) of magnets mounted in a NON-FERRIOUS metal, So unless I want to buy an AL flywheel I cant use it.
Cause there is no way I am going to fit an alum disk on the crank pully, especially when the eingine is in a 99t(no clearence).
Make sure you post it if you figure something out, i would like to know.
