Today I made my stock BPV into a BOV. All I did was point the stock BPV up in the air so it would blow off into the atmosphere. I then plugged the hole in the turbo boot. The car started and idled fine, but when I shifted from second to third the car died. I was only under about 3 or 4 pounds of boost, but the car still died.
Does this mean a BOV like GM has will not work on LH 2.4?
Thanks
Nathan
