found on 'net that some who autox acura integra type-r's use 225/50/15, at least up front (205s in rear)**. type-r weight (~2600#) & f/r distribution (~60/40) is similar to saab 99. note that the itr has nearly 200 hp -vs- ?? for your car.
so, provided the hoosiers fit, i'd say go for it. btw, integras = 225/50 on 15x6 stock rim.
(to answer your old inquiry re: bbs 15x7 rims: offset is most likely 25 or close to it, as the 5-spoke oem 15x7 = 25. http://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/9000/index.html?bID=150701)
**From http://www.autocross.com/autoc/setups/acuraintegra.htm

"Topeka Results:
2001 Nationals: 18 out of 38 (4.6% slower than winning Type-R of David Fauth)
2002 Nationals: 21 out of 37 (3.3% slower than winning Type-R of Kevin McCormick)
The most competitive Type-Rs tend to run Hoosier tires 225/45 (front) and 205/50 (rear) and harder shocks, especially in the rear. The tires tend to be the main variable seperating competitive and non-competitive Type-Rs."

**From http://www.itrca.com/FAQ/track/autox.php
"Some of the national level ITR drivers are running 225/50-15 tires in the front, but need to run spacers to minimize tire rub problems. Thomas Smith says that most competitive GS ITR's run 225's in front and 205's rear."
