T7 for sure: pure fly-by-wire (I've checked...). This is how the Viggen got such great performance at low revs: actual throttle butterfly would open way up to spin the turbo even at low RPM (plus a bunch of other things would happen in the ECU to promote prompt lift-off), then the ECU would match the driver's accel pedal input.
