I know this has been discussed quite a few times before, but most of the discussion centers around turbos. For a 89 N/A 16v c900, what is the best header performance wise?

2.1 -> turbo exhaust?
MSS ->
Swedish Dynamics (same as MSS?)
other aftermarket N/A headers (anyone?)

Or would I get more power using a turbo manifold/header combo (turbo manifold into a jt or other BIG 3" header).

I simply want to maximize flow/power. I need to replace the entire exhaust system anyways, so I would really appreciate some feedback.
Does anyone else with an N/A have experience with any alternate setups? My car is not really a daily driver, so noise/fuel efficiency is not really an issue. Thanks for your feedback.
