I'm not sure if the viggen lines will work?
I used soft lines combined with hard lines to get things working. I may though try to switch to viggen lines later this week.
The soft lines are basically high temp fuel lines which I bought from the local 18 wheeler truck store. The also had the big fuel line that would fit into the oil pan. The hard lines were bent with a pipe bender.
Porting the turbo was fairly easy if you used an 80 grit dremel drum sander for the header.
The hard part was getting the wastegate to work properly because when you clock the turbo the existing wastegate base is now impossible to use. I swung down the housing and only screwed in one side and this gave me room to use the wastegate.
The air intake is another issue and a 2.5 silicone 90 degree elbow could solve this problem.
Hopefully I will have the set up cleaned up by the local mechanics and get pictures to post soon.
I recently just bought a video camera and digital camera combo so I should be able to post the pictures soon, as soon as I figure out how to.
