is really easy and extremely cheap so bosk0691 might as well try it anyway. However, I don't really know about the CDE, he might well have a 19mm bar on his car already – worth checking with a micrometer gauge? He would need to do this anyway so as to order the correct bushes.
On the SAS bars (Chad mentioned these) it's worth looking at the past posts re. Quasi's experience: stiffer bars make the ride harder on any but the smoothest roads.
With a CDE the problem may well be the Nivomat rear dampers. If it's necessary to change the dampers, maybe it's worth looking into the Saab "Sports" suspension package which I think is still available through some site sponsors. This will stiffen up both ends and should solve any spring issues related to junking the Nivomats. However, does anyone know of problems in using this CSE kit on a CDE?
