If the belts have 4 individual mounts (two lap, two shoulder) then this is a 4-point system. If they look like they have 4, but they actually join to a 'Y' shape for the shoulder belts and have 3 total anchor points, this is just a 3-point belt (that holds you in 4 directions). I have the Sparco Clubman '3' point belts w/ Sparco seat that have pass-throughs for the shoulder belts. Basically like Gary's picture.

The 'lap' belt bolts to the 2 OEM locations. On my car that is one below the center console, one on the outer rail of the car. Your car probably has these holes to use, or you can re-use the ones in the seat frame.

The 'shoulder' belts join into a 'Y' behind the seat, then are bolted under the rear seat cushion. I took out the middle/rear lap belt to free up the 2 bolt holes - now one goes to the driver shoulder 'Y', and the other is for the passenger shoulder 'Y'. The rear seat shoulder belts work as usual, so I can still take 2 rear seat passengers.

There are many options to wade through. The mounts to the frame can be "bolt-in" style (like OEM Saab) or "clip in" style with an eye-bolt and clip. Another option is to get one with a second buckle on the single strap part of the 'Y', then you can unclip the rear tether for easy flipping of the seat forward and easy rear seat access. Also you can choose cam-lock, latch & link, and conventional push-button releases. And another accessory is the chest-sternum strap, which holds the belts together across your chest.

A note on using these 'clubman' or 'tuner' belts with stock Saab seats. Surely this is not the best idea, as you can get perf. seats that are designed for it. However, I have had the misfortune of being in a car wreck (as a passenger) in a Saab c900 outfitted with 3-point belts and stock seats. The belts worked perfectly, they stayed put, and the head rest did not kill me (gorper I don't really get what you mean). After the wreck I had 2 bruises on my shoulders to show off, but I was free of any permanent damage.

Here's some gear to look at from pegasus racing:
