When trying to compare flow rates of a core go to http://www.bellintercoolers.com Go to the core inventor and find a core of the approximate size of yours. It has flow rattings for a lot of differnt sizes. This will not directly give the flow rate of your core but it will be in the ball park. One of the problems of manufactures state flow rates you do not know there test methods. By using the bell charge you can get a since of diffent sizes and flow configurations. A lot of bell cooler flow though short tubes so make sure you are looking at correct flow path of you cooler.
