Check the vac line from the TB to the MAP sensor for cracks or splits. Check vac lines in general.
Check plugs for condition and gap. If in doubt, replace. NGK BPCR6ES11's at .035". (not .039"!) Clean injectors with Techron Concentrate. Check .battery electrolyte levels and terminals to be clean and tight.
If the vehicle has gone to limp home mode, it may require a battery disconnect to reset and sometimes a Tech-II reset will not get it out of limp home mode.
Remember that a O2 sensor related CEL does not mean that the O2 sensor is bad. A bad MAP hose will create adaption faults. And a O2 sensor can get a CEL if its threaded connection to the down pipe is restrictive or the downpipe to turbo joint is etc. So checking the resistant of the sensor base to a good known ground needs to be done before replacing the sensor. Sometimes it just needs to be backed out a bit, the gap brightened with a fine wet/dry sandpaper, and reseating it. Not all flash codes are documented well, a ODB-I code reader may be required. Get the numbers as the descriptions for Saabs can be misleading.
