You can do shocks and springs yourself, as well as the Viggen IC. The Sports exhaust is an eazy install too. Most folks do the rack brace.
The bushings are difficult as you really have to do battle to get the old ones out. The urethane bushings will help the steering a lot! Still a hard job, but you can tackle it and do one control arm at a time. The front sway bar bushings will be tricky as you need to support the engine and lower the subframe to get at them.
Koni's with stock or lowered SE springs are great. Many DIY this.
And you will want tires to go deliver the traction required to take advantage of the other changes. Otherwise things will be traction limited. No need for 17" wheels to get a good grip.
