for about 15K miles. I use synthetic ATF and change it evey 5K.
I am careful to limit the number of forced downshifts buy anticipating
the need to shift and manually selecting the appropriate gear.
I also limit the full throttle upshifts by lifting the throttle just prior
to the shift.
Applying full throttle when the transmission is in 1st or 2nd will result
in substantial amount of wheel spin, so I end up avoiding doing that.
Acceleration in 3rd gear is a blast, its a rocket from 40 or 50 to 100+ mph.
In most normal driving situations, i.e partial throttle applications,
there is no more stress on the auto box than a stock configuration.
I have no idea how long the transmission will hold up, but it's a fun
ride for now.
