Engines are de-rated for altitude and temperature. And often, dyno's correct readings to standard altitude and temperatures, probably not humidity. You might want to ask the dyno operator about that.
Turbo engines don't get numbers as high as they should on a dyno because there is not the heat of forward motion and the intercooler gets heat soaked. The fans in the dyno shop will help keep an engine from overheating, but is not up to the task. The 3rd gear runs take a long time and that makes the heat soak worse. Opening the hood will help a bit.
