A couple of weekends ago I did the Powerflex bushing upgrade to my '01 Aero. I bought all available bushings for my application from Brad and upgraded roll bars from Taliaferro. I installed everything in about a day and a half. Getting the large rear bushings out of the front wishbones was tricky but after staring at it for a while trying to solve my how-the-hell-do-I-get-this-out-without-a-press question it wasn't too bad.
I agree on the hydraulic fluid warning which I learned the hard way on the first bushing. I'll be installing a set of Bilstein Sports w/H&R springs in the next few weeks.
Handling has noticeably improved and can't wait to install the rest.
