It thought the problem with running a blow off valve on MAF equiped cars was when they idled they would die, but otherwise they would run fine. I see alot of NA to turbo conversitions on other cars equiped with MAF that move the MAF after the Blow Off Valve and before the throttle body. This prevents the MAF from ever reading the vented air and keeps the car running like stock. Since in your case this is not necessary to make the turbo work and it will not gain you any performance it would just be a lot of work for nothing. On my 9K Aero I used to have my BPV redirected to the atmosphere and it sounded cool, but did not do anything special for perfomance. To tell you the truth it got down right annoying because it was too loud. Eventually I just completely opened up my airbox so the filter was exposed and properly connected the BPV resulting in a very audible blow off that was slightly quiter then before, but loud enough for people constantly to ask, "Wow that is sweet. What is that?" I stood outside, had someone else drive my car, and that is when I became statisfied because I got to hear first hand how loud the BPV was with just an open airbox well and hand full of other goodies.
