If you're looking to increase torque/hp, then the best place to put an MBC on a T5 9000 is in the dust bin. If you're just looking to decrease boost control lag, then it could be used in series with the wastegate line of the BPC solenoid. A better way to increase performance, both on and off boost, is to get rid of the stock exhaust with a 3" one from the turbo back - not only will EGT's, which can get quite high even on a stock Aero, be lowered, but you'll also get faster spool-up, and a little more power. For it's age, the engine management system on that vehicle is one of the more elegant ones used on a turbo engine. By using an MBC, you negate that system and leave your engine wide open to the risk of meltdown - especially if it's used with the stock exhaust.
