I have them in the lower cubby.... Posted by Ryan [Email] ![]() ![]() In Reply to: How many, and what size? The Saab catalog used to, Talladega900, Mon, 19 Mar 2001 17:40:07 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
When i bought my 85T, it had the radio up top, the eq in the lower din, and the cubby had a black pannel over it with 4 guages. Oil temp, Oil pressure, Outside temp, and voltmeter. It's tough to see, especially the lower right guage, it's blocked by the shift knob from where i sit.
What i'm planning to do is put in three new vdo guages up in the top DIN, a boost guage, a/f and fuel pressure, the more important stuff. Then the radio is going below (it's tougher to see from outside too, hopefully it won't go "missing") and leave the other 4 guages where they are.
I think it's a good way to get more info about your car, just put the less vital things in the harder to see places (like outside temp, it's going to be in that obstructed spot)
Hope this helps
Ryan
