I have had great performance using both the Philips Premium (+30%) and the VisionPlus (+50%) lamps.

The VisionPlus lamps are noticably brighter than the Premium lamps. In my car, which has the e-code headlights on at all times, the Premium lamps lasted about 1.5 years and the VisionPlus are at 11 months and still going strong. However, it is true that the higher light output lamps do not last as long as a standard halogen lamps.

Autolamps-Online is in the UK, but offers free shipping. Shipping time is generally 1-2 weeks. I simply order the H4 lamps using a credit card and the lamps arrive at my door. I have had no problems with the service or credit card billing at Autolamps-Onlne. And the VisionPlus are actually less expensive than the SilverStars!
