Heya,

I'll be having my MF2 Additional Injector Controller up and working within the next day or so and I just have some quick questions on tuning it so I don't make any terrible mistakes. The aluminum adapters for the injectors (thanks Brad) are going to be welded on by a friend for free, so as soon as that's done, I'm ready to roll.

Quick Info:
I have a 1990 SPG, upgraded Mitsu turbo, water injection on @ 10PSI (.7mm nozzle), upgraded exhaust and intake, 30# injectors with 2.5bar FPR. (My mods webpage is below for reference if needed.)

My MF2 AIC will power two 440cc injectors and it will be turned on by RPM and Pressure Switch (2D mode). The injectors will be before the intake pipe, right on the intercooler.

First of all, there has been some dispute to when the pressure switch should active the system... should it be 10PSI or 15PSI, or somewhere in between?

The MF2 has several little pots inside of the unit which control the injector duty per every 1K RPM. 0% - 100%. I will start the fueling at 4K RPM.
When tuning the MF2, Brad told me to just monitor by my AF guage to make sure I'm not getting over rich, so I don't burn up my catalytic converter, makes sense.
Theoretically, how much duty/% of the injectors be turned at 4K and 5K RPMs (the one dial controls both 440cc injectors) in order to keep a good AF ratio? EG; the knob at 50% at 4K and 90% at 5K. I'd just like a good area to start from, then I'll do the fine tuning on my own.
Currently in higher gears when I'm approaching the rev limit mark under boost (10PSI and higher) my AF ratio is 2 bars green (stoich). I know LH needs a little more fuel beyond 3500K RPMs, but by my Summit AF gauge, it shows that it is fine, well, stoich anyway.

Thanks for your help,
happy holidays,
Taylor
