spool up, but it is more restrictive at higher rpms. You will boost quicker but suffer pump loss. This setup worked wonders on my diesel truck, but it redlines at 3000rpms, I would think judging by how you drive you would be happier with a larger turbo with a less restrictive exhaust housing.
