Hi Bob, I'll be installing a set of our Red C900 Intrax springs on my 99 in March or April. They will lower your 99 a little more than the SPG springs but not as much as they do a 900. My 99 also has SPG springs right now and of course it rides even harder than an SPG! Maybe try a set of ours and see if the ride height comes out to where you want it? They greatly improve the ride and handling! Take care, Dave
