T3/T4 Hybrid,good idea?

Looking to go up the next step for my 87 Saab 9000T. So far it has a Redbox APC modded to push somewhere around 16-18psi,2 1/4" exhaust straight back to a glasspack muffler(no 2nd intermed. muffler),K&N filter.
Seeing as I was probably pushing the limit on my stock fuel system I was going to put just a RRFPR but now I've decided on doing that,a T3/T4 hybrid from Group9,a 3" DP and a 3" cat. First off, does anyone use Catco cats? Are they any good? And secondly,do they have models that are 3" inlet and 2 1/4" outlet and if there isn't can I sort of weld on a "step down" pipe that will bring it from 3" to 2 1/4"? Next I suppose with the new turbo I'd probably want to be replacing the wastegate and BOV. Has anyone had any experience with Group 9's 18psi wastegate? Also whats a good BOV? I want something thats not terribly loud but when I shift I want to hear it. Ok I'm almost done,do you think my Redbox will be able to cope with all this new equipment or would I just be better off getting a whole new, tuned APC? And finally just out of curiosity, how much HP would you expect I'd be making with all this if I stayed around 18-19psi?
Much thanks.
