I just put 16" Aeros on my '90 SPG. I also previously installed Intrax and Koni shocks. It rubs a little in the rear of my car but only on one side and this is because one side sets 1/2 in lower (front and rear). Regardless, I do try to avoid any and all larger bumps. And as many have posted on this website, this setup is definately better than stock SPG.
The Intrax definately improved side to side roll in turns over stock SPG springs. And I'm sure the Koni shocks helped some too.
Your car has high milage like mine. Is your suspension feeling worn out? You may want to upgrade all. My SPG springs had my car level and now so do the Intrax springs. Upgrading your suspension will benefit the rubbing issue. But do a search and get some ideas from others. This will help you decide for yourself which parts to purchase.
