The MF2 works very well with a MAP sensor. The MF2 provides its own five volt reference. With a MAP sensor you get complete 3d control of the fuel.
On the Aquamist web site go to current products and you will see a manual that can be down loaded from the 2s sytem. That will have all the instructions for the MF2. With the MAP sensor you need to choose one that will have the range for your needs. A 1 bar map sensor only reads vacuum, a 2 bar map sensor is vacuum and 1 bar boost, a 3 bar map sensor is vacuum and 2 bar boost ( about 30 psi. The SAAB map sensor is good for 21psi.
The MF2 is good for the price. Take a look at what Nick Mac has on his car. What he has is easier to tune. I am sure he has worked with the MF2 also.
