Installed spearco IC on Viggen today

The size I got was 26x6x3 (length measured endtank to endtank). The IC is actually smaller than the stock one. I noticed that the max boost I get is about 1psi lower than with the stock IC. I wonder if this is b/c of higher flow of IC or maybe a leak, I'll have to look into it.
The in/outlets come straight out (Viggen IC comes out perpendicular) so I ordered some blue rubber elbows and aluminum reducers to go from the 2.5" IC to the 2" stock intake hoses. I had to do some cutting on the IC and elbows but it fits OK.
It got close to 60deg here in MD and I noticed that the boost was cutting back a little sometimes, I wonder if this is a symptom of the new IC or perhaps the warmer weather.
Its just been one night - I'll do some more driving with it tomorrow and see how it works out.
